new on this board...just a few questions

Hello! I have a 5 year old daughter with an ex boyfriend. I got married to a wonderful man last year and we started trying to have a child together right away. it didnt happen and now a few tests later it looks like it might not. he had 2 sa and they both came up with 0 sperm. now, we have gone to the urologist and are waiting to do a testicular biopsy. anyone have any info on any of this? after reading about other peoples sa and the numbers for the results- im guessing if they do find sperm it still might not be able to be used, but really have no idea. thanks!

Hello and welcome. I do not know a ton a bout MFI, but I do have a friend whose DH had a vasectomy reversal that did not work, so they did have to go in to surgically remove the sperm, and then do IVF. She Is pregnant with her second now.

There are also some ladies on Success After Infertility who have had success with donor sperm if that is a route that you decide to consider.
