Meanwhile, we have shaken the Doodle's world

We moved the bookshelves that were in our family room to the living room, and moved a recliner from in there to where the bookshelves were.

Scout sat there whimpering the whole time, and now won't go in either room, unless we are in there, and then it is a tentative crawl into the room, where she lays uneasily until we leave. Then she bolts out of the room.

The Doodle does not, it would appear, like change. Confused

    Poor Doodle. I echo Kristy... If you ever have to move, there's going to have to be several hundred dollars in new ducks, kong treats and Puppy Prozac to make it through.

    Shelby the Wonder Dane simply continues in her life as though the change never happened. The sliding glass door that is always open, but got closed due to bee issues? We now run into it first, back up, and groan until it gets opened. We moved where we feed her because she was making a mess. Now, she drags her bowl over to said 1st location.

    Gotta love the hounds!!!!

    Maybe instead of Designing Women, you have Designing Doodle. It's not so much that she dislikes change; she just doesn't agree with your decorating choices. Too funny!!

    Dogs really hate having furniture moved. Bella freaks if we bring in something in a large box. She's such a weenie.

    Oh, and if you guys ever move, be prepared for major anxiety and regression from the Doodle. Bella was insanely anxious for about two weeks after we moved.
