When did you 1st hear baby's heartbeat?

Next week I'll be 10 weeks and I have an appt at my OB. She told me that we would most likely be able to hear the heartbeat for the first time at that appt. I was just wondering when all of you mama's heard you baby's heartbeat for the very 1st time! Thanks:)

    Hi there!  I heard and saw my baby's heart beat for the first time at our U/S appointment around 8 wks, 2 days.  It was amazing.  Still is, every time!  GL to you :)

    I had an appointment at 11 weeks but the doctor couldn't find the heartbeat with the dopplar. I had an U/S a few days later and saw the baby and the heartbeat. I didn't hear it until 14 weeks. So, just because they can't find the heartbeat with the dopplar doesn't mean to worry! I was in a panic and it was the best thing in the world to see that little tiny thing on the US screen. Good luck!!!

    I saw it at 6 weeks @ my REs office (and the u/s machine simulated what it would sound like).

    The first time I heard it in the office on the doppler was around 12 weeks -- but I'm chubby and that makes a difference.

    I saw it at our first u/s at 8 weeks but we heard it for the first time at 12 weeks with the doppler in the doctor's office.  I cried!

    I think at about 12 or 13 weeks with our first daughter, i think about the same with our second

    I first heard it at 6 or 7 weeks, but it was at a high risk office.  I heard it at my regular OB around 12 weeks with the doppler

    Today was the first day I heard it!  Had an appt. this morning. I'm 13 wks.  I saw the heartbeat for the first time at 9 weeks though.
