Please help! Still FREAKING OUT before naps & bed

Seriously???I cannot believe this is still happening. DS is almost 13 months and still cries HARD EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I put him down for a nap/bed. I tried the Ferber method at 11 months, but he STILL cries. It is heartwrenching. What else can I do???

    I'm sorry, I am in the same situation. Right now (just to get sleep) we co=sleep. So every nap I am stuck in bed with her. Right now she is sleeping and I am here with her on the laptop. I am getting the easy sleep solution book, lots of ladies on here have recommended it. We too have done ferber for about 4 months and while it has gotten better she still cries every night.

    Have u tried offering a snack and milk just before putting him down for the nap/bedtime?  Is he possibly overtired?  If so, u might need to move up the naptime and bedtime earlier. 

    Just a couple suggestions...I know it's hard.  DD has gone thru periods of fighting naps.  Sometimes if I know she is overtired I will take her for a walk in the stroller or go for a drive to induce a nap.  I don't make it a habit becuz then she would depend on those things but every once in a while, I think it's ok.

    Our schedule looks very similar to this the above....Maybe he is undertired?? For a while it seemed like he was doing better, but it has been getting progressively worse over the last couple weeks!
