OMG she's driving me crazy

Marion has started this grunting sound, while she's just hanging out.  It sounds like she needs to poop, but she doesn't.  It's driving me batty, like, I want to go into another room and just scream.  I'm noise sensitive anyway and this is worse than nails on a chalkboard to me.

She doesn't even know she's doing it so it's hard to tell her to stop.

    Is she grunting just to explore the new sound she can make or is she making a facial expression with it? I was told by the pedi when Ally was a baby that grunting can also be a sign that she's not getting enough oxygen and so they made sure that wasn't why she was doing it.  Then again, this was when she was little little.
