Our house is being listed this week. The comp house just lowered their price bc it has been on the market for over two months or something. Our house is more upkept and more updated.
On Friday, two more houses went up but not our size.We don't know what they are listed at
Question - do we lower our price to the comp house or keep what we originally set the price to be and lower later or accept an offer at their price. We are being told we don't want to be the most expensive house on the market.
