I have my NT Scan tomorrow and I'm filling out some paper work for the hospital. I was surpised when I came across a 13 page document on Advance Directives. I don't remember doing this in California so I wonder if it's a state by state thing.
What's been your experience?
Re: Anyone else have to do Advance Directives for the hospital?
Natalee - you're basically stating whether or not you would treatment in a terminal situation and naming a person to make decisions for you if you're unable to.
