I started her in a pnp bassinet next to my bed. At 2 weeks 2 days, I moved her to her crib. Maybe she just needs a little more time? I wouldn't be comfortable having DD sleep in bed with me. Have you tried a nap nanny or positioner or something>

The first 3 weeks she slept in either the pack n play next to my bed, bouncy seat, or with me on the couch. Our pack n play has a vibrating thing under the mattress so that helped her. My DH kicked her out of our room at 3 weeks of age and has slept in her crib ever since with a sleep sheep for white noise.
Sky sleeps in his bassinet from about 9 pm to 3 am, then in bed with me until 8 am! At about 9:30 am he takes along nap, in which he again sleeps in bed with me!
My little man slept in our bed with us for the first 8 weeks. We just started putting him in the pack n play, in our bedroom. He seems to be sleeping better and so are we. I'm not sure when we will move him to his crib in his bedroom. I don't want him to far from us right now.

His crib is in our room, and he has been sleeping there at night since day 1. I plan to keep him there for at least a few months before moving him into his own room.
DD wont fall asleep in her crib, but she'll sleep in it once she's asleep. So usually I put her in her crib after she's nodded off and when she wakes up for her 4am feeding she's in bed with me til we wake up at 7-8am.
DS mostly sleeps in the pnp next to our bed, but he has to be swaddled and fall asleep in his swing or on one of us first. The first 10 days he would only sleep on one of us or in the swing. When we would try to put him in the pnp he would wake up within minutes and start crying. We started swaddling and that seemed to make the difference for us.
In a pack n play next to our bed then in our bed sometimes in the early morning. She will be in the Pack n Play until she reaches the limit for the bassinett or she's 6 months old. Have you tried swaddling or a sleep positioner? They like to feel surrounded, many babies can't go right to a big crib all alone in a room. She's been in you all snuggly for 9 months! Its going to take some time!

My girls didn't sleep in their cribs until they were around 2 1/2 months old. They slept in their swings...they also have acid reflux, so I think that may have had something to do with it. Now, they sleep in their cribs for naps and nighttime.
My DS slept in a basinet for the first two weeks then we moved him to his crib. We all sleep much better with him in his own room but I do have a video monitor so I can check on him.
She has slept in her crib since day 2 of being home. The last few days though she sleeps between about 6am-8am either in a bassinet in my room or in the bed on my chect. I love the snuggle time & extra couple hours of sleep so it's not a big deal!

Good luck and know that it will get easier!

poor thing is only a week old .Thats normal. DD wouldn't sleep in her crib until a few weeks ago.
It takes them awhile to adjust to the outside world
