We were in Vegas and ran across this store for kids. Soooo cute.

We got him a few monkey shirts.

    They also carry Paul Frank at Target now, but I think it's for the big kids.

    They used to sell a huge selection of Paul Frank at Chase's Closet in River Oaks....but unfortunately the place closed up shop a year or two back. :(

    No, they have it in the baby sizes, too. i was a little disappointed to see it there after i had bought a couple PF shirts at Nordstrom for a heck of a lot more...
