I'm Jessica, a stay at home mom to a rambunctious little girl, a military wife to my husband Shawn, owner of Even endings,( a children's room decor business --www.facebook.com/evenendings) and a full time photography student at the New York institute of Photography. I know what you're thinking.. and yes, I am busy.

We're currently stationed at Fort Campbell KY but I'm home for the year visiting my family while my husband is deployed to Afghanistan ughhhhhh ;/ we just finished our r&r so I guess it's all downhill from here :]


In my spare time (which is rare) I like to make jewelry, crafts, (of all sorts), childrens room decor, and cook, share your favorite recipe and I'll most likely make it.

If you have ever been to my home, you know (besides the chaos of my daughter) there is always something delicious cooking in my crock pot or on the stove and you are always welcome to come eat with us!

    Hi and welcome.  It really is nice to have you on the board.  However, I am going to suggest that you come back with a new screen name.  There are way too many creepers on the net for you to have your first and last name out there like that.  Please change your SN and come back.

    You can't advertise that here. It's against terms of service.

    There have been cases of children's pictures being stolen and used on adoption pages, and people just being straight up stalked. We have your full name, your husband's full name, where you live- any one can easily find you now. There are creepy people on the internet. It is bad PERSEC, and considering your husband is military, it can also be against OPSEC.

    In other words, it's stupid and you were given good advice. Follow it. A two second Google search revealed a ton about you and your life. That should terrify you.

    ETA: FYI- your little pimpage of your husband's FB page is also advertising as a vendor and against terms of service. If someone from the Bump sees it (not even if you are reported, if they just happen upon it), you will be permanently banned. I can give you a few names of people this has happened to.

    This board is not here to pimp your business.

     

    I wouldn't call that "pimpage" of her business. Its part of her life and she's introducing herself. Get over yourself.

    Ok, but because of the info you have out there, your address can easily been found and every stalker out there now knows you are home alone with a deployed husband.  If that doesn't bother you, what ever.

    I'm going to definitely agree with TX and Kdodge here.  You should really change your name and come back.  We're glad to have you here, but for the protection of you and your family, it's best you change your s/n.

    She includes a link to her husband's facebook business page. That is a clear violation. She could have simply state what he does and if someone wanted mroe info, they could have PM'ed her for the exact info (kind of like she did with her photography- she didn't give info, just stated that she did it. There was no need to give the FB page. And that is just more information for creepers to get a hold of her). That is not in violation of the terms of service.

    I'm not the one who will get bent out of shape over it. The Nest Gods will.

    You have clearly not seen what goes down when someone starts getting stalked or has their personal info thrown around from these boards. Otherwise you would see what an issue this is.

     

    if you werent "bent out of shape" over it, you should have just PM'd her instead of making a big deal post about it.

    And yes, I have seen what's gone down with personal info getting out. And I would have PM'd her about it, not made a huge fussy comment.

    even endings is my business, not my husbands :)
