defective diapers

(this is a xp from my local board)

So I bought several packs of huggies diapers on a pretty good sale a few weeks ago.  I thought surely I wouldn't need the reciept so I tossed it.  One of the packs is completely full of defective diapers!  The blue lining strip that goes along the edge to prevent leaking is missing on the right side of every single diaper in a jumbo pack.

What am I supposed to do?  I doubt the store will exchange them since I don't have my receipt.  grrr.

Re: defective diapers

  • Call Huggies and tell them.  They'll send you coupons for free packs and may refund your money.

  • A lot of places can look up your previous purchases with your credit card (if that's what you used).. if not, I would still try to at least make an even exchange.

. I had the same issue, I just called huggies. It was a two minute convo and they were rally nice about. But you could also try to return it to the store, or just exchange it. I've done that also when got the wrong size. No harm in trying.
