XP: why does my boob hurt?

DS just nursed on the rt for 30mins or so and it hurts-kinda like a full feeling. Does this mean he didnt empty it? should i try to pump that side to get comfort?

    Your baby is younger than mine so my guess is that your milk supply is still adjusting.  I wouldn't pump, you're just going to create more demand for milk.  If it is achy after the next feeding you may have a plugged duct or something.  If its not super uncomfortable, I'd just wait it out and see how it goes.  My boobs are sore on/off a lot these days.  It'll be awhile before they "calm down" and regulate their supply.
