Depending where you are in 6w you should be able to see the gestational sac and yolk sac. You may or may not see a heartbeat.

I just had one a couple days ago and they said I was about 6 weeks/4 days along then. We saw a little peanut, the yolk sac, and heard the heartbeat! It was pretty cool! I hope you get to hear yours, too!

i had one at 6 weeks exactly and we saw a gest sac, yolk sac and fetal pole. still too early for a hb though.

i saw a lima bean which they told me is really my baby. i saw the flicker of a heartbeat but we didn't listen for it

You may be able to see a heartbeat...and maybe you can hear it as well. I believe I saw it at 5w6d and heard it a week later.

@6w0d, I saw a yolk sac that I mistook for the baby and a tiny flittering heartbeat on an indistinguishable baby. But it had probably started beating THAT DAY as it was really slow.

I go for my first appointment on the 26th. I think I am about 6 weeks along. This is our first pregnancy & I cannot wait to see it on the ultrasound.

i had mine at 6w1d and we saw the sac, the baby, and a heartbeat. didn't hear anything though.

I'm so jealous of you guys!! My doctor doesn't do ultrasounds until 14 weeks! I have my 2nd appointment @ 10 weeks and that will be the first physical exam. Wish I had pics of my little bean!
