  Probably round ligament pain. It can really vary in location and intensity.

  Yep, sounds like RLP....

  if it is shar, just on one side at a time,  and intermittent.. and doesn't come in any pattern... probably RLP

  If it is "all over" and doesn't go away when lying down and comes and regular intervals, then it could be pre term labor and it is time to call the doc and push fluids.

  i have a sharp pulsing pain, not just when i stand up or move.  this am it lasted about 3-4 minutes while i was laying on the couch...i'm assuming there is just a lot of stretching out that's going on down there???  it's only happened once today, so i'm not worried about it...more just irritated because it's interrupting me!!!
