There is hope for Etsy The seller we used had the shirt to me within 10 days. Unfortantly, her shop is closed right now so she can catch up on orders, but this seller also had great reviews on how quick she is. She says she can even do a rush order and make/ship the shirt the same day!

If you still can't get one from the stores, you can buy a toddler shirt from AC Moore and buy a T-shirt Transfer. You could design it yourself, print it on the transfer and then iron it on.
