First appointment today!

It's probably obnoxious, but I am so excited about my appointment with the clinic nurse this morning. This is our first, I am 30, and this baby has been wanted for a long, long time.

I'm also an RN, but not growing up with babies or pregnant women around, and I have no siblings- I feel like I don't know anything about this whole pregnancy thing. Today should be just paperwork and labs, but I'm still giddy. It makes this whole thing seem more real.

I have my first appointment today too - it's all I can think about. I'm so excited! It's felt so surreal since the pregnancy test last week... I want a professional to tell me it's real.
