how big is your 4 month old...
I think my 4 month old is a giant! everyone who asks me how old he is says he looks big for his age. so tell me how big is your 4 month old in terms of weight/ height and what size clothes and diapers they are in. Also how much does your 4 month old drink per day?

He is almost 5 months now but at the 4 month appointment he weighed 13.95 and measured 27 inches.
I BF so I don't always know how much he gets but during the 9 hours I am not here he drinks five ounces.
He is step one diapers and in 3 - 6 month clothing.
last week she was over 16 pounds....and she's not even 4 months yet. She's a porker. She's more than doubled her birth weight.
I have no clue how much she eats a day. She's EBFed.
She will be 4 months on the 22nd but she is 10lbs 8oz and 25in. I BF so I don't know how much she gets but when I give her a bottle its 4oz, sometimes at night she will take 2 4oz bottles in a row for my MIL or mom.
We are slowly packing away 0-3 month clothing.
He weighs exactly 14lbs and I'm not sure of height. He's getting so chubby and cute. I love it.
Everyone told me how fat my first was. It's just the way babies grow. I'm sure he's just fine.
I'm not sure how much he eats as he's BF.

yeah thats LO, too.
She's in the top 90s percentile wise, so I imagine yours is too.
I just happened to stop on this post even though my LO is only 11 weeks. He is a big guy, already tipping the scales at 15 pounds, 24 and 1/4 inches long. He was wearing 3-6 clothing for the past 3 weeks at least
At 4m 1w DD was 14lbs 3oz and 26 inches long.
She's in 3-6m because I stopped buying 0-3. They're still baggy on her, but I figure she'll just be able to wear them longer.
She drinks about 25oz a day.
ETA: she's in size 2 diapers. Little big but 1 were getting a little snug.

Our LO was 14.5 lbs 25.5 inches long at his 4 month appt. He is wearing 3 - 6 month clothes and size 2 diapers.
He eats rice cereal 1x per day and 5 or 6 nine oz bottles every day.
Dont stress it! My 1st (age 3 now) was a big baby. Born at almost 9 Lbs and got bigger and bigger everyday. People were always saying she was "so big!" and honestly, it got annoying after a while. Doc's were always on our case about how she was off the charts! LOL She was in teh 90th percentile, STILL IS! Shes healthy and stretched out so much that shes OK for her height. Your baby will most likely be the same. Its ok that LO is a chunky Monkey
after all, they are the cutest!
P.S my 5 mo old is the total opposite of my toddler, BUT wears 9 mo + due to how long he is!
My baby has 2 mamas! My DS is 26 inches, weighs 15.8 lbs, wears size 2 diapers and eats 4-5 oz every 3 hours.

This! Except still in mostly 3-6 clothes and can still wear size 2 dipes, but we moved to three because we have a huge stash of them and ran out of 2s.
Don't stress. My DS was 18 lbs and 25 inches at his 4 month check up last week. He wears mostly 9 month clothes. The size 2 diapers kinda fit, but his belly hangs over them so I can go to size 3. I have a ton of size 2 so we are stretching them.
He is EBF so I don't know how much he eats but I don't really care. Some babies are just big and adorable.
my son is no giant, but he is not tiny either - 50% in weight and 75%-ile in height
although he was not big at birth - only 7 lbs 2 oz, 19.5 in long, he was 15 lbs, 26 in at his 4 m checkup
he wears 3-6 m clothes, size 2 diapers (will be moving on to size 3 in a couple of weeks). He nurses on demand (every 2-4 hrs) around the clock
Right now he drinks about 30oz of breastmilk daily.
at 3.5 months, DS is ~17.5 pounds and wears 3-6 month clothes (although getting very snug- 6 months fits perfectly)... size 2 in diapers, although he really should go up to size 3, but we're trying to stretch it out b/c we have so many 2s left!!!
DS eats every 3-4 hours during the day, and a total of about 35-40oz (we do both BM and FF)....
I always get the "he's 6-7 months right?"
DS at 4 month appt. was 14 lb 9 oz and 27 inches long. Clothing is anywhere from 3-6M to 9M. Depends on the length. Diapers he just started size 2 this month and they are huge on him. He eats anywhere from 3 1/2 oz - 5 oz of bm anywhere from 2-5 hours.
FWIW: I never had a "newborn", he was 10 lb 22 inches at birth.
I once had a picture until the trolls showed up.
