Any CD'ing moms here?

Hi, my husband and I are expecting our first little boy or girl (finding out in a few weeks) in December.  We've been doing our hunting for baby products and want to do cloth diapering.  Most things we've researched have been real positive, but almost all are online companies.  I've been on the eco-friendly board to see people's comments about recommended types/brands/cleaning, etc.  I was wondering if there were any local mom's here who buy products locally or if you buy all online.  Thanks!

    hey mama! full time cd'er here. many of the cd online shops offer great prices, coupon codes and free shipping. 3 of my favs are momsmilkboutique.com, sewcraftybaby.com, and abbyslane.com. there is only one cd store out here now, and i have never been. it's called https://www.healthybabyhappyearth.com. wildflower diapers was the one that just recently closed. they are re-opening but not sure when. really with cd's, you normally have to try a few things out before you find what works for you anyway. get familiar with the terms and kinds of diapers available, and check on diaperswappers.com. they have an AWESOME for sale section and you can find some amazing deals. diapers have a pretty good resale value, so if you buy something that doesn't work you won't have a problem selling there. message me if you have any questions, it can be very overwhelming!

    wildflower diapers is awesome!  that is where we bought our diapers, they are in scottsdale.  They also have a website.

    did they actually re-open already? i know they just closed a few weeks ago to move to a new location

    I don't think they have reopened yet. I heard somewhere they will be opening in Aug. I plan on CDing and doing their CD class when they reopen!

    Thanks for the suggestions!  I'll keep an eye out for the wildflower one since I'm a looky/touchy kinda person, but thank you for the websites to order from as well.

    that other shop i linked you to has diapers available to play with also. not sure what brands exactly they carry. i saw it on a fox news segment the other day. looked like a cute little shop
