Who's LO isn't Crawling?

My LO will be 8 months next Saturday and isn't crawling yet..Just curious if there are others about this age who also aren't crawling?

  • AJ just turned 7 months and doesn't seem anywhere close to crawling. It's ok, they'll do it on their own time. Don't worry! =)
  • Took some "steps" this morning but wasn't very good at it and then just gave up and cried. She isn't very coordinated.

  • Mine!  My LO is a little over 8 months and she isn't crawling or sitting on her own yet.  I'm proud to say she has a tooth!
  • DS just started pulling himself into the crawling position. I think he'll learn it in the next week or two!

  • Tegan isn't crawling and isn't anywhere near crawling. She'd much rather stand and she's recently started walking while holding onto my hands. I think she may completely skip crawling.

  • No crawling here yet!
  • DD can do a full circle and scoot around quite a bit on her belly (going after her big sister's toys!), but she hasn't figured out crawling yet. DD1 started at around 8.5 months & it looks like DD2 will be about the same. And even  though she was kind of "late" with crawling, DD1 started walking right at 1 year.

  • No crawling here either.  He tries, but he just can't get it.
  • Jackson doesn't yet, he will roll all over to get what he wants but no signs of crawling yet.

Not even close to crawling.  He doesn't even want to sit. He lunges himself back to being on his back.

He does stand a lot, though.

  • Nope...not yet.

DD doesn't crawl yet.  Although she mastered rolling over where we have to keep picking her up back in her playmat for her to start over again! LOL.  She has found a way use the going tummy to back, back and forth to get the toy in she wants to reach.

DS will be 8 months on the 17th. He is not crawling, yet.

  • Katelyn has absolutely no interest in crawling. As soon as she gets on her belly, she's all about flipping back onto her back. We've tried putting every kind of toy, non-toy (remote, cup, car keys) in front of her, but nothing will motivate her. She'd much rather sit on her own. I'm not worried at all. She'll crawl when she wants to crawl.

  • DD isn't crawling yet. She just learned how to sit unassisted so she's been focused on that.
  • No crawling for L either.  He's so frustrated and sick of face plants that I just wish he'd hurry up and figure it out!Tongue Tied

This exactly. I'm not worried, either. I'm kind of glad because we haven't baby-proofed anything!

  • DS will get in the crawling position and rock back and forth and then do an army crawl across the room.  He is pretty quick too, especially when he wants something, like the dog's tail.    I don't think it will be long before it is an actual crawl though.
