Do you have any favorite toys for babies?

I feel like we don't have any thing that is really age appropriate for C (3 months) right now. We have a few rattles/keys and he has an activity mat but I feel like we need some other things to stimulate him.

Any suggestions?

Hmm, at that age, he really just played with his activity mat or the toys on his bouncer. He also has a mirror that sits on the floor that he can look at during tummy time - trying to remember when he started playing with that. Otherwise, rattles and other toys easy for him to hold on to and put in his mouth and soft books.

At that age it was pretty much the play mat, toys on the bouncy seat and small toys. Cooper always liked small soft toys that he could hold, chew on, practice passing from hand to hand. He didn't really get into more toys until he could sit up. His favorite thing has always been the $1.50 plastic keys I bought at HEB.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, ha. He seems so uninterested in the things on his play mat but LOVES the mobile over his crib. I just thought maybe I was missing something.

Once he can support his head 100% (around 3 months) he can probably start using the jumperoo and exersaucer. We also have a foil pinwheel on a stick that we blow and Ally just loves it.

one of our friends with a lab has a Sophie that looks almost just like ours... except she has 3 legs. I guess Admiral is an over achiever.

I bought this book Baby Faces and Being Smart What Does A Baby See. He loves to stare at them. Any toys/ books that crinkle are good too. C really started to like his lovey around that time. We started using the jumper and just had receiving blankets around his waist to help support filling the sit in more.

Evan is in love with his exersaucer! He also loves his crinkle lion. It has different textures and it is soft so he can chew on it.
