What kind of grill do you have?

We have a very small grill out on our balcony (we live in a condo) and it's a charcoal grill. I'm looking at buying DH a new grill for his birthday (still something on the smaller side though). A lot of the ones I'm seeing are gas grills. Am I overthinking it with the fear of it exploding? I am, aren't I? Also a few of the ones I looked at look like the gas tanks are not covered entirely. So do you have a gas or charcoal grill and do you like it?

    We have a gas grill and always have.  DH prefers cooking with gas instead of charcoal.  I've never been concerned with it exploding.

    Gas (Weber Spirit 310). Never at all have I been concerned about explosion.

    We also live in a condo and have a very small balcony.  We use a gas grill out there and explosion has never crossed my mind.  We have a Weber.

    My parents have always had gas grills and my DH always had charcoal so thats what we got when we moved in together.  Ive never seen a gas grill explode :)  But I have to say charcoal grills make burgers and steak taste soooooo much better Big Smile!!

    I so agree with your last sentence. We were at my sister's place on Sunday and they have a gas grill, I definitely thought that charcoal meat tasted better.

    We have an old charcoal grill and DH just got a new gas grill last year. It's a Kenmore 4-burner...the propane tank is covered.

    I live in a condo with a small patio. We have a gas grill- Broilmaster is the brand. We love it. https://www.broilmaster.com/

    We have a long narrow patio so this fits nicely at the end of the patio.

    We have a gas grill... but we both LOVE meat on charcoal grills so we just bought a little one earlier this year. We use both all the time..
