Fenugreek, how much?

how much Fenugreek should I take to rebuild my supply? I have 610 mg capsules.

 Also, is it possible to build a supply that has dwindled to almost nothing? We started supplementing formula (and thought about switching all together) when my supply wasn't enough for him. Now I have almost nothing left, but would like to get back up to where I can give him 50% breast milk. Is this even possible?

    If there still some coming out then it might not be to late.. THough the more you stimulate the more you'll make so if baby is fine with being on your breast let baby do it and pump often....EAt oatmeal and I took 3 capsules 3 times a day of 610mgs. BOY will you smell like syrup but worth it... I found combining oatmeal with it helped better.... So I ate that every morning.

    My LC told me I could take 2-3 for 3x/day.
