my dd's pedi said to start giving her vitamins when we were at her 2 year appointment because she had become and is still a picky eater. he said any children's vitamin would be good. i give her flintstone's because my sister gives her kids those. dd really likes them and eats them each morning.
I use gummy vitamins from WF but T is too smart and knows that they look like candy but they're really not.
Just as a side note, a friend of mine once suggested V8 Twist drinks for food strikes. THey have veggies but taste like fruit juice. I make popsicles out of them and let T sit on the front steps and eat 'em
We do Little Critters Gummies. STarted around 18 months when she was a picky eater, but stopped around 2yo. We only give it to her from time to time when she doesn't feel like eating that day.

We do half a Flintstones Complete and a Lil Critter Omega 3 Fish gummy.
we do those as well. dh and I can not believe addie eats them because they smell so freaking nasty.
she also eats the lil critter multi vitamen. I started those when she started school for the extra zinc and vit c. she was taking the immunity ones but i read the label and the multi has almost the same amounts.

our pedi also suggested a multivitamin at our 2yo checkup. maddy is a super picky eater and doesn't like them, go figure.
her dr. said to get flintstones complete. she advised against the gummies bc they were missing something, maybe iron? i don't remember for sure...
Oh I'm gonna try the V8 pops...thanks!
