I'm running a fever

Today was my first day out of the house since Corbin was born and since I got home I have been feeling pretty hot so I took my temp and have a fever of approx. 101. I have called and got the advice of the doctor to just relax, drink lots of water and watch my temp. Any other time I wouldn't have cared if I had a fever, but since I have my son I am freaking out that something is wrong. Would you take the doctor's advice and just keep an eye on it in case it gets worse, or would you go into urgent care?

    I would say take some Tylenol and drink plenty of water, it could be partially dehydration since you were out and about today. If it is still there in the morning or if it gets high overnight or you start having more symptoms definitely call your dr again.

    I would take some tylenol and watch for mastitis. Mine started with a mild fever that quickly spiked and then I felt the huge lump in my breast. Take care and drink lots of fluids.
