My OB gave me a book she recommends:

"Your Pregnancy and Childbirth Month to Month" by The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologist

    My MIL who's a midwife gave me a book called From Conception to Birth. It's a really great picture book with little details about what's happening. The pictures are really detailed.

    Just wanted to mention that the best book I have heard about or read into about pregnancy is, "The Girlfriend's Guide to Prgnancy".  It is a very entertaining and humerous book, and easy read with lots of great information that doctors won't typically tell you.

     Yay!  I just got mine today too from my OBGYN!  I've started looking at it...pretty good book!

     Yay!  I just got mine today too from my OBGYN!  I've started looking at it...pretty good book!

    Hey how was your appointment???? Yea it's pretty informative, I was kinda freaking out about how our intestines end up in your throat by the time it's all over ;)

    Hi!  The appt. was great...I love my Dr. ... I was worried since we just changed and I think she's great.  Yes...I am a bit scared of the whole thing and just keep reminding myself that millions of women have done and will continue to do so :)  Hahaha...hope that's not just wishful thinking...since I'm petite anyway!  I did find out that we are 7w1d today :)

    Mine was really good. We are only 5w1day so our cupcake was just a little tiny yolk so we didn't get to see much but that is okay with us :) I was kinda shocked that I had gained a few pounds but then again you are supposed to!

    I borrowed this book from a family member. It is a wonderful book, and the pictures are amazing!
