Milk types - clicky poll

My first ever clicky poll. Hope it works. Whether you buy whole, 2%, or whatever, what type do you buy?

Re: Milk types - clicky poll

  • We get milk from a local dairy.  It is hormone free, antibiotic free, and comes in a glass bottle.

  • LO was just switched to Pediasure in the hopes of him packing on some lbs.  Prior to that he was on Whole Organic Milk.
  • Organic for DD, regular for us. I'd switch us to organic too, but just can't handle the $5/gallon price tag x 2! (we drink skim, DD drinks whole).

  • I wish I could afford to buy all organic! :(
  • B and I drink almond milk, DH still drinks soy but is attempting to acclimate his palate to almond as well so we don't have two types in the fridge. We have some rice milk this week due to cupcakes I made for B's birthday party, and B seems to like that too.

Last night we bought some new So Delicious coconut milk and we'll be trying that when the soy runs out. It's probably too pricey for every day (I wasn't paying attention at the register), but I bet it has a good amount of fat for B (I haven't looked at the label yet).

We only use So Delicious coconut milk at our house. DS and DD love it with cereal and in their smoothies. DH and I use their coconut milk creamer in our coffee. Right now it's on sale for $2.99 at our local market and there's a yellow $1 off instant redeemable sticker on the container. And you can also get $1 off coupons on the So Delicious website here: https://turtlemountain.com/products/coupon.html
