I am having the worst BH ever.

My stomach is tight and looks like I am sucking it in.  Very, very tight.  Then, I started feeling shooting pains as if I am constipated and need to poop (Sorry for the TMI but this is a little scary).  Went to the restroom and tried and it just hurt more.

Is this normal?  Would you call the nurse?

    nevermind.  I called the nurse and she said more than likely its scare tissue from my lap I had done in Dec. breaking up.  She said it can be painful.

    Wouldn't hurt to put a call in. Are you hydrated? I always found that BH came on strong when I wasn't getting enough liquids.

    When in doubt, call the nurse. I called them a bunch, and even when it was a silly, silly question I had, they made me feel (a) better/relieved/relaxed/etc., and (b) like it wasn't a silly question at all.
