Lactation Cookie Recipe please.

Does anyone have the recipe for lactation cookies? I know it has been posted in the past but I can't find it.

If anyone has used them, did they increase your milk supply?

i've used them and they are both yumy and helped my milk.

also chocolate nobake cookies help too. (or a high fiber deit/foods and enough water intake)
