Good morning ladies! When did you guys start to think you were showing...at least where YOU noticed? I'm almost 9 weeks, and I'm pretty sure my puffy lower abdominal isn't just gas and back up anymore. I'm pretty short waisted and fairly athletic...so I'm thinking it's possible that there IS a mini bump there!? I know everyone is different....but just curious.
Re: Do you think you're showing?
everyone shows at diff times.
I just noticed this week when I'm nekkid I have definetly changed shapes and my bump is starting to come out from my pelvis a little bit, but this is baby #2 so I expected that.
I'll have to take a pic soon
I didn't show with #1 until 26 weeks, and I was barely showing at 22 with #2.
This time, yes. Yes I have a belly. It's ridiculous, I hate it, and I really really hope this means I'm not going to be as big as a barn by the end. I love how small I've always carried. On the other hand, this pregnancy is back to back with the last, so I'm sure that has something to do with it. It's like my ute was all "Oh! I know what to do!" and POOF I have a real, hard freaking belly.
Ha ha, I was just wondering the same thing. I took a picture of my belly at 8 weeks, and then again this morning at 11 weeks, and there is definitely a difference. There is a "bump" on my belly that wasn't there 3 weeks ago. Of course, these days I eat a piece of toast and BOOM, my belly blows up.

I think I've been showing for a couple weeks now...it is of course worse after I eat, so, I look first thing when getting out of bed in the AM and its been "bumpy" for a couple weeks and growing! Plus, all my clothes aren't fitting anymore, I can't butten the top button on my pants already....the challenge is I haven't told work yet and its hard to cover it up.
Also, I am very happy to say that my boobs are FINALLY starting to get bigger and they are now a bit sore - nothing drastic - however its 11 weeks for me and I was wondering if it were going to happen or not!
nope. i'm like two days pg.
with my first i was in mat pants at 13 weeks - not b/c i was showing, but b/c of the bloat by the end of the day. bloat =/= baby bump to me. BUT i started really showing way earlier than i thought i would with my first, so i'm just imagining how soon i could show with this one.
I'm not showing but I can see a change. By the end of the day I look rather round, but it's back down by morning. I'm glad because we are not telling for a few more weeks.
It is getting impossible to suck in though.
I know the baby is only about an inch long but apparently by 10 weeks your uterus is about the size of a grapefruit! I am pretty sure my belly is all bloat right now but because this is my second pregnancy, I am expecting that I will start actually showing soon. Hopefully I can hold off a few more weeks until after my first appt. I really don't want to announce it at work until I have heard the HB.

I just noticed last weekend that my bump is a "true" bump. Ugh. So not not looking forward to maternity clothes....
ETA: I can tell that I'm showing but really no one else can.
I already look 5 months pregnant. Like you I am shortwaisted and athletic. My stomach was flat as a board before. I'm also having twins so I'm sure that adds to the fact that I laready look like a hippo!

Yes, I feel like I am rounding out in all directions. I told my doc and she said I wouldn't show until 17 weeks. That's depressing because it just makes me feel chubby. I was hoping it was all baby but it doesn't sound like it.?
I think it also depends on height and shape. Many of my friends showed right away and my sister-in-law (with twins) showed at 8 weeks I think. I'm almost 6 ft tall so I'm guessing I have more room for baby to stay hidden for a while. ?
Depends on how you define "showing". Your uterus is still hidden down behind the pelvic bone until about 12 weeks, so technically that isn't on display yet. But everything else is shifting around in there, along with all the bloat, so your whole abdomen may be puffier than normal.
I did not "show" with DD until 20+ weeks.
With this pregnancy, I think I just started showing this week. From weeks 5-10, I was extremely bloated and looked 5 months pregnant on some nights, but it was just gas. Now, my boobs are HUGE, I can't fit my pants, my shirts are tight, and I can't suck it in anymore. I guess it's true that you start to show earlier with baby #2.
