Held a 4 day old baby boy today....

and it totally DID NOT help my baby bug issues!!  I knew that he was 9.4 when he was born and was thinking that he would be like a normal looking 2 month old when I saw him (DS was 6.9 at birth), but he was still soooo tiny and adorable and precious!! You think you remember how small they are when they're born but you so dont!

I think I'm going to need a chastity belt if we wait until Jan to TTC!!

    i agree with you i want to wait until Jan to start TTC but im getting baby fever and my husband don't care when we start TTC but i'm going to be holding a 6 week old tomorrow so we will see how i feel then :)

    My best friend has a 4 month old and when I went to hold her in the hospital she was bigger than DD (DD was 6.1 at birth) her DD was about 8 lbs or so and your right you think you remember how tiny they were but you really don't.  What really gets me is looking at all the newborn clothing that was huge on DD for the first month of her life.  Then I think OMG she was that small.  And her Christmas dress it was a size newborn, she was 7 weeks old when she wore it and it swallowed her.

    Awww, all teeny and foldy! I love them that way!!!  We are also waiting until January-ish to TTC, and it is SO HARD!!!! Then I remember how awesome it is to STTN every night and I can wait ... but then, I haven't held a teeny foldy baby in a looong time!!!

    YES!!! Foldy is certainly the right word! All crumpled up!

    I hear you...traveling next week to meet my BFFs 8 wk old baby. Soooo prepared that this is not going to make an already bad case of baby fever worse. :)
