Prenatal yoga.....

Anyone know of any classes available  in the arnold or south county area? not having any luck finding classes or certified instructors.....thanks!

    Someone asks this question every few months, and rarely does anyone respond, so I looked it up!

    There are at least two locations on this list that do prenatal yoga in STL.  Hope this helps!

    I just looked into this the other day. I live in South City and it looks like both the YMCA's at the new Carondelet Rec Center and in South City on Sublette offer it. I think the 2nd series of summer classes start this week (Carondelet's class starts tonight), but it should be starting up again in late August. Looks like, depending on the branch, it's about $40-$50 if you're not a Y member.
