Another carseat ?

Does anyone have any convertible recommendations for a really small car? My DH has a vw gti and we got the britax roundabout 50 thinking that this may work, but it is too big. We might try the regular roundabout, but I don't know if that is going to be small enough. I know I have seen carseat recs for the prius, but I believe his car is even smaller. Thanks!

    Sorry.. haven't tried my britax yet.. we have an old RAV4, so I'm hoping it fits.

    Cute siggy pic.. where did you get that floaty with the canopy? LOVE IT...and need one.. my little fair skinned baby needs to stay out of sun.

    Thanks! I got it on amazon, but I can't find it now, at least not for the price I paid, I thought it was $18 or something.

    We got the safety 1st air protect. It was on sale and it wasn't much wider than the infant seat. We will be putting them in a mazda 3, 5 door and the extended cab of a nissan titan. Is width or height your issue?

    Height is the issue, his car is a little two-door hatchback and the roundabout would not fit without the front seat pulled way up.
