My DS was practicing sitting and toppled over on our bed and just wacked his face off my laptop. It's just a little tiny red mark but I wanted to apply some ice. He's not interested Any tips?
DS hit his head on the corner of our nightstand yesterday, and I used a cold, wet baby washcloth with an ice cube wrapped inside. I ended up bailing on the ice cube, and DS just sucked on the wash cloth. Sorry to hear about LO's booboo!
Poor little face. Ice packs are basically for a baby to chew on to distract them from the incident. I haven't found a way to put ice on a baby or toddler.
I got about 5 minutes out of him by laying an icepack on a pillow while I nursed him. Then I got another 5 mintues by letting him watch Tom & Jerry on my iPhone, lol. It's almost gone, poor thing!
