LO keeps puking only after nursing (long)

It started last night at 2:30am-ish.  She nursed as usual, and instantly threw up.  Then at 5:30am, it happened again.  I gave her some water in the morning (which she threw up) and then some pediatlyte (which she kept down). 

DH couldn't get her down for her nap because she wanted to nurse, and since it was 9:30 and she had kept down some pedialyte, I tried nursing again and she instantly puked.

She napped though, and when she got up she was STARVING.  I was scared to nurse her, so we gave her some banana.  She kept it down.  A little while later we gave her some crackers and more banana, which she also kept down.  She seemed totally better and was drinking water, so when she really, really wanted to nurse before her next nap, I let her.  I cut her off after a little while and she didn't throw it back up.

We gave her some crackers and cheese for supper, and DH gave her blueberries and strawberries.  She kept it all down.  Before bed, I nursed her again, and she instantly puked up blueberries and strawberries (I didn't think they were a good idea!).

Should I pump and dump?  Do you think it's something in my milk from yesterday?  Just a coincidence?  I'm scared for when she wakes up next (probably in about 15 min) because DH isn't home and she will not go to sleep for me unless I nurse her.  Help!

    I'd stick to the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) and keep trying to BF.  This has never happened to us except DS allergic reaction to peanut butter...  If you ate something new yesterday, it could be triggering a reaction but if it continues tomorrow, I'd call the Dr. or an LC.

    My guess is she has a bug and the fact that she's thrown up after nursing is a coincidence, but I suppose it's possible it could be something in your milk.  Have you eaten anything new?  Is she keeping water down?
