holy spider veins batman!

just noticed i have a TON of spider veins all over both my ankles, and some on my lower right leg too!  ugh.  been sitting/standing/walking a LOT in the last 24 hours (took the red-eye to NYC last night - am NOT doing that again while pg, it was awful.  wasn't so bad a month ago, or 2 months ago!).  sitting with my legs propped up now.  sigh.

i've read that they go away after delivery.  please tell me that's true!

    i didn't get those but my friend did and they are gone  :)

    but in the meantime elevate and lay on your side (shoot, already forgot what side... and I was on (side lying) bed rest for 2 weeks).

    Oh, I hope they go away, too!  I've always had a few on my upper thighs, since I was about 18.  But now I have TONS!
