Cavity Filling and Breastfeeding

Does anyone know if it is safe to breastfeed after getting a cavity filled? I am getting the procedure done tomorrow and my pedi hasn't called me back yet so I was hoping someone had some info on this- thanks!

I had two cavities filled a few months ago. Dentist knows I'm BFing and said it was no problem.

It is safe. Dentist knew I was BFing. DS was actually with me.

I am a dentist-it is perfectly fine. The local anesthetic they give is just that-local; so it does not enter the breastmilk. Any type of dental work is OK to do while BFing!
