Ob/Gyn??

Hi! 

I am new to the Bump.. I was on the knot for a while, and well we tied the knot and are now moving onto a baby (Yay!!!!) ... with that being said... I do like my Ob/Gyn, but I really don't like her practice since there are a ton of doctors, I feel like it is a factory vs an intimate doctor setting.  Granted we are not even prego yet, but I already know I want to deliver at the Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, and she is not affiliated with them.   

So can anyone recommend a nice Ob/Gyn in the Stone Oak area that has a more serene setting vs hustling patients in and out as fast as possible??

    Hello,

    The setting isn't intimate but my Dr. is amazing and he takes so much time to talk to me. I start to feel embarrassed bc I think that he is taking time away from other patients. The office is next door to the Methodist Hospital. The Dr. is Victor L Casiano and it is the Institute For Women's Health. They have a website that you can check out: www.ifwh.org. He also delivered one of my best friends baby and she says nothing but great things about him.

    Dr. Villanueva! He is in a private office, hardly any wait and no hussle and bustle. he delivers at stone oak, methodist and got OB GYN of the month there recently.

    I second Dr. Villanueva.  He is so friendly and caring I never feel rushed at a doctor's appointment.  he gives you "homework" which is a nice way to make sure you are informed and ready for the arrival of your little one.

    Dr Gil Villanueva has been my Ob/Gyn for 10 yrs. He is great . Never a wait time since he is in his own office off of Sonterra now. He is also really easy to talk to  ,and he calls you personally if there is somthing wrong.
