Would you ever look for a job on Craigslist?

I'm a fraud investigator, so believe me, I am aware of the scams. But would you or have you ever found legitimate work on Craigslist? I am just curious to know if people avoid the site or not moreso than other job boards.

I've used it before. Haven't found work but some people seem like they prefer (free) Craigslist over sites they may have to pay for.

Absolutely. Both DH and I have picked up freelance jobs on CL over the years. He does it on a regular basis still.

Yes I will, and I am waiting to hear whether I got a job that I found listed on CL. I don't see it as any weirder or scarier than any other website listing jobs.

I work in HR and I post job openings on Craigslist. I get a lot of response...and it's super cheap to post so it's a good resource for us.

I havent', but DH did and had several interviews...some legit, some SUPER sketch...so I guess it depends on if you are smart enough to figure out which jobs are sketch.

DH's job wasn't one on CL though....so ultimately it wasn't where he found it...but he definately looked.
