Babies: 0 - 3 Months

**Cabela**

I just scrolled thru your bio and Oh.My.God. Your home is beautiful! I think it's funny, your laundry room is painted the same as my Olivia's room! Too funny!

I had a question about your tankless water heater. We're considering getting one as one of our many updates. Is it worth it? Does it save you money on your energy bill? Are there any downsides?

I may be paging you a lot in the next few months as we begin this overhaul. You seem like an expert! haha. Thanks so much.

  • Thanks for the compliments!  We just got our water heater probably less that a month ago so I can't tell you anything yet about the savings.  The downside?  I have more space to store junk in the laundry room now.  Also, I had imagined it going below the chairrail but DH didn't want DS to be able to touch the pipe at the top.  That top pipe does get really hot, but everything below it is safe for little fingers.  It only cuts on when you call for water whereas the old water heater was making racket all the stinking time so I'm sure it has to be tons more efficient!!  Before we couldn't take a shower for a while after washing dishes or running the dishwasher.  Now we can do all of those things and never run out of hot water.  No more short showers for me. :)
