Coworker just went into labor in the bathroom!

A girl who works on my floor is 2 weeks overdue. I sit near the bathroom & we heard her asking for help. She was bleeding quite a bit and we called an ambulance for her to get her to the hospital right away! It was pretty crazy - we were all wondering if we were going to hear a baby crying, but she was able to get out of here first. How scary!

OMG.....that must have been terrifying for her (and for you!). What a nightmare! I think if I were 2 weeks overdue, I would cash in my leave and stay home at that point....

She looked ok when they took her out of here but it was scary since she was losing blood; she was having a high-risk pregnancy.

Oh man. This is one of my fears right now since I plan on working up until delivery, as well. I hope your co-worker and her baby are okay!!

That is scary! I've heard a couple of stories where the woman was overdue and the baby didn't make it....started out a bit like that.

My cousin gave birth to her baby in the nursery at her home. The ambulance showed up too late. She was 3 weeks early though. I can not imagine working 2 weeks overdue...I can't even imagine being 2 weeks overdue! Hope everyone is ok, you will have to post a follow up.
