Just recently- DD was 6 months old. She did fine- wore a hat, sunscreen, and had a blast!!
Our Journey from two to three!
3 IUI's, 2 IVF's, decided to move to foster/adopt.
12/24/2009 Baby C born, 2/1/2010 placed with us,
5/17/2011 Adoption final- we are finally a forever family!
We live near Orlando, and its only 45 minutes to the beach. My daughter was 5 months, and my son 3 months. As long as you are prepared for a little extra work, it is so much fun! You'll want shade, a tent/cabana or umbrella, but the best advice I've found is to take baby powder with you. It dries your hands, so you can just brush the sand off, before you eat, or touch your baby

Good idea! We live right on lake Michigan so we've been to the beach a few times already and I'm constantly wiping my hands off trying to get the sand off.
