1st Trimester

Throwing up at work.

SUCKS. And I am the receptionist, so before I get to go run to the icky bathrooms, I have to go grab someone to watch the phones, I try to make sure it's all out of my system before I come back.

Lovely.

I'm turning into a random post whore.

Mac and cheese is going to be making a comeback.

Re: Throwing up at work.

  • You poor thing. I'm sure sometimes you don't have enough time to get someone to cover you. Do they know you are expecting at you're job? Maybe you should keep a plastic bag at your desk just in case.

  • Doesn't it suck having a job where you're constantly dealing with people? I'm a mgr @ Starbucks and people give me weird looks when I completely ditch the huge line to try to calmly walk down the hall to the bathroom. I am ALMOST done w/ 1st tri and I cannot wait for this part to be over

  • I threw up at work all the time.  I eventually quit.  The bathroom would set me off.  It was terrible.  I swear every woman on my floor was on one of those crap your brains out diet drugs because someone was always in there taking a massive dump and stinking the place up.  And, is it too much to ask that people FLUSH?

I threw up on the floor of that bathroom more times than I can count.  Eventually, I started going to another floor to pee because I couldn't take that bathroom anymore.

I'd keep a bag at your desk....I keep one in my car and puke and drive.  Very convenient.

  • They know. I keep telling myself it'll be worth it in a few months. But I'm afraid if I threw up in a bad, I'd never stop. I have to close my eyes when I throw up and just hope I am aimed right. If I saw it, I wouldn't stop..

    TMI!!

  • Stick your face in the bag and don't look. You're tmi made me laugh:-)

It's weird to me that your job knows but you still have to call someone to cover you. That totally sucks.
