Ok so we really need to buy one..we have the snap and go which I have been using but poor Lorenzo has been sweating so bad when we go on walks- I was looking at the city mini (doesnt someone have this?) and the jeep one...how do these travel (we're going to MA in Aug and Mexico in Sept)? should I buy two (one for walks, local and one for travel)?

Just agreeing with PP's - we traveled with our graco and it was a bit of a pain - it was nice to have somewhere to put all of our stuff, but it was big and bulky and just another thing to lug around.
for travel, go with a cheap umbrella. We've got the chicco, its great for short trips and its nice and light.
I think its mszoeb that has the single city mini and Jewels bought the double.. I pushed the double around in Buy Buy Baby the other day and it is REALLY nice.. but $$$!
I got a used Jeep stroller.. an older version of this one.. https://www.target.com/Kolcraft-Jeep-Liberty-Limited-Stroller/dp/B001V7QUAU/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&searchView=grid5&qid=1278955160&frombrowse=0&fromGsearch=true&node=1038576%7C1287991011&keywords=Jeep%20Stroller&searchSize=30&id=Kolcraft%20Jeep%20Liberty%20Limited%20Stroller&searchBinNameList=subjectbin%2Cprice%2Ctarget_com_primary_color-bin%2Ctarget_com_size-bin%2Ctarget_com_brand-bin&searchNodeID=1038576%7C1287991011&searchRank=target104545&sr=1-9&searchPage=1&rh=
And I REALLY REALLY REALLY love it.. It handles great.. Eve is comfy in it.. (it reclines really far so she can nap).. I don't really take it places THAT often because it is a bit heavy.. we walk a lot of places so i use it for that.. but I had it in my car on Saturday (I have a forester) and it fit fine, even with my umbrella stroller already in the back.. The plus side is the newer ones also accept most carseats, so you can use it like that too.. and I think they have an Ipod hook up.. Mine doesn't have either of those.. but thats ok..

We have a BOB and love it. When we went to Chicago the first time, we thought the BOB would be too big and bulky to travel with so we brought an umbrella and regretted it. It was very sunny, and umbrellas just don't have good sunshades. Since we do a ton of walking when we go there, we bring the BOB- the wheels pop off easily so it can get through the metal detectors, and Rosie is more comfortable in it.
However, it totally depends on how much walking you'll do. If it's just airports and some light strolling, then I would bring an umbrella.
