  • A regular blender.

  • food processor - I was told by a friend not to bother with the special blenders for baby food.  They are a huge waste if you already have a blender or food processor.
  • i have the beaba babycook. i have only used it once but i already think it is a great investment. we do not have a dishwasher and live in a fairly small apartment. it does not take up much space and i only need to wash one bowl. its great and i think it was worth the money.
  • I have a Beaba babycook as well (not using it yet though).  I like the idea that everything is done in ONE appliance - less for me to clean - and it has a small countertop footprint.  I plan on having a few more kids, so it will get used, then I might gift it to a friend.

  • I use a Magic Bullet to puree. I cook the food in a pot or a baking pan in the oven.  With more practice I've learned I don't have to dirty up that many dishes.

  • I use the Cuisinart Chop/Grind food processor.  I got it a few years ago for $25 at Costco.  It's the one that wholesomebabyfood.com recommends.
