DH got a promotion 2 weeks ago. His new position comes with his own dedicated admin assistant. She's in charge of keeping his schedule, among other things. I've had to call DH a couple times at work to remind him to leave early to pick his mom up from the airport and to leave for a doctor's appointment. The admin ass't. answers the phone now and each time, she strongly encourages me to notify her of any obligations he has outside work so she can keep that time clear on his calendar. She even requested a copy of DD's soccer schedule, so she can put game times/locations on his calendar. And for two weeks, Dh has been about 10X's better about making it to DD's evening activities instead of working through them. I don't want to take advantage, but since the admin asks first, I have no problem putting special family events on DH's work calendar. This is going to be great!

SO jealous!
MH shares a secretary/admin assistant with a few other people in his group, but when he moves up a level or so I think he gets his own. I will send her chocolates and other gifts if she helps me out with his calendar. He's so forgetful, I swear I have to remind him 8000 times about OOT obligations and stuff (sort of work related, for time off and travel).
"Like". That's great!
is she hot? If so, I'm betting he'll be banging her within 8 months.
If I was you, which thankfully (from both of our perspectives) I'm not, I'd be very cautious about some other woman knowing more about your DH's schedule than you do.
