Guess I should have read the whole thread before responding. I am pumped for 2U2 assuming that Shawn and I can manage to stay married through the craziness (). I didn't want to get completely done with diapers only to start again. I just think that if we got completely out of baby-mode that I wouldn't be able to convince Shawn to go back.
I keep thinking of more to add...I definitely do think that people that do 2U2 twice (so 3 kids close in age) are nut jobs though! Maybe gluttons for punishment? If we did want a third, we'd FOR SURE be waiting longer.

Ditto. Seems that, at least based on that thread, the general consensus is to wait for the 3rd.
Regardless of when you have #2, it seems like some things would be easier (I mean, knowing what to expect is half the battle, right?) and some stuff would be much harder.

agree...Pros and cons for both ways. I'm geeked to be done with some of the newborn stuff...also I hope that Jake and his sister are close and get along well. Dreading the routine when Matt is out of town. I'm pretty worried about that. Like I told Kathy, I'm just lucky to be pg. Would have liked to have the choice of when, but really a free baby is pretty awesome!
Late to the party. Since #2 was a GIANT surprise for us. We will definitely be waiting for #3 if we survive #2. I still want 3 kids. If this one turns out to be a boy I will probably have a hard time convincing Scott to do a 3rd. If this one is another girl than I don't think it will be too hard to convince him to do # 3 but we will wait until #2 is about 2 years old to start trying. Putting Evie out of diapers but #2 still most likely in diapers.
We agree that we dont' want to get too far out of the baby stage. We have heard to many people who's kids are 3-4 years apart and life is "easy" then they go back to chaos again.
Totally 110% agree w/ Shauna. The reason we are thinking we want to TTC now is to get passed the newborn/baby stage. The older andrew gets the more fun he is. I think once we get passed it, we won't want to 'start over'...
But i think it'll be craziness for a while but worth it
Re: Shauna (and sarahann) - 2U2
The question is, what are YOU doing over on 2U2?
We only want two kids so thinking about a third isn't an issue for us. That makes me think of a new question for you girls...new post coming...
Someone on 12-24 posted the link so I clicked. Just curiosity, I guess...or, an affirmation that I'm not ready! Ha!
I promise, nothing secret about my being on that board!
