Doctor Rec in Chanhassen/Eden Prairie

Looking for an OB/GYN in the Chanhassen or Eden Prairie area. Any recommendations? Also, what hospital is best for delivering? Is it worth driving downtown to Abbott Northwestern?

I cannot say it enough, I love my OB/GYN! Dr. Block at Clinic Sofia. It is in Edina (do not know if that is too far). I delivered at FV Southdale and loved it. FWIW I have heard really good things about the hospital in Waconia, too. GL!

I suggest Dr. Hansen at Western Ob/Gyn in Chaska. As for delivering I am going to Ridgewater in Waconia. They just opened up a newly renovated birthing center last summer, very nice.

I highly recommend Dr. Wesley Grootwaaskink (or Dr. G as he goes by!) at Ob/Gyn West in Eden Prairie.

I really like Dr. Weinrich through Western OB, he sees patient's in Chaska and Waconia. I also delivered at Ridgeview in Waconia and it was a great experience. Great staff, accomidations were beautiful and spacious, plus I like that the hospital isn't so huge that you get lost in it!
