Bedtime

What time does your LO go to bed? And how long do they typically sleep? I keep trying to find the right bedtime and it seems like the earlier (between 6-7pm) I put her to bed, the more she wakes up and doesn't want to stay asleep. Seems like she does best with a 7-8pm bedtime, but that seems too late.

    bedtime - 7pm, wake-up - 5am to eat, 8am to start day

    I start our bedtime routine around 7pm.  I then nurse her to sleep.  My DD still gets up every 3- 4 hours to eat.  I wish she would go longer though.

    Last night she fell asleep by 7:30pm; up at 11:30pm; 2:30am; 5:30am; up for the day between 7 and 8 am.

     

    Crossing my fingers tonight is the night she sleeps longer.

    I nurse DS to sleep around 7:30-8pm.  He sleeps until 7-8am.
