Spitting up after BF, but not with formula???

DS will spit up after BF or taking a BF bottle, but not with supplemented formula. It doesn't bother him and he doesn't cry, but I think it's wierd. Could it be something I'm eating?

    It's my understanding that formula is "heavier" and less likely to come back up, but that's just based on what I've read while researching reflux. If it doesn't bother him, I wouldn't worry about it.

    Sounds to me like something you ate.  My DD would spit up and we did not think anything of it because it was not much.  Then I realized by her green BMs that she was sensitive to dairy.  When I cut dairy out she stopped spitting

    When this happened with me, I think my LC told me to eliminate dairy for a few weeks. If my memory serves me correctly, this worked for us. Or, is it possible you have a fast let down reflex?
