Prenatal yoga

Is anyone planning to do or have done prenatal yoga? Someone told me it would be very helpful for coordination, especially later.

I live in Troy, anyone know of a place in Birmingham/Royal Oak/Troy that has it on weekends.

Try the Yoga Shelter - they have a few different locations. I heard they were great!

Namaste in Royal Oak has prenatal yoga on saturdays. Also...beaumont offers prenatal yoga classes as well (I think they are taught at Beverly Hills Racket Club)
